Base Salary: €1,200 – €1,400 + Performance Bonus (depending on experience)

ORIA is a boutique real estate advisory firm specializing in buyer representation, serving both national and international clients in the luxury property market.

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and client-oriented professional to work directly with the Management Team in our Porto office, supporting sales processes and ensuring excellence in every client interaction.

This is a strategic front-office role offering real exposure to clients and transactions, within a dynamic environment focused on continuous learning and professional growth.

Important note: This is not a retail or customer service position. The role is based in a private office environment, with a strong focus on commercial support, planning, and process management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support throughout property acquisition and sales processes
• Research and identify property opportunities based on clients’ criteria
• Manage and follow up on buyer and seller leads
• Coordinate schedules and arrange property viewings
• Interact with clients throughout the transaction process when required
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial materials
• Communicate with clients, partners, and internal team members
• Provide operational support to the Porto office

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate sector (mandatory)
• Experience in sales, business development, or commercial support roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
• Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently
• Positive attitude, energy, and willingness to learn and grow

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
• Based in Porto or surrounding areas
• Interest in the premium real estate segment
